TOOL DESIGN
The capping tool makes a decisive contribution to rational and secure process production. In order to allow your production to run under optimal conditions, we develop each individual tool based on the requirements for your production goals.
We can transfer nearly all established data formats into our development environment and process them there. Based on 2D or 3D data for your capping part, our engineers define, according to the most diverse productivity criteria, the number of cavities and all tool elements to be taken into consideration for production.
Whether we are dealing with your sample production or nil series production – we provide you with high-performance moulding tools. We provide consulting support through our expertise during the entire development process and in the construction of your machines. Upon request we also deliver documentation for our construction works.
